Security is an important part of building and operating Digittuppe. We continuously work to maintain appropriate safeguards around the platform and the information handled through the service.
Account security
Digittuppe provides the authentication and account-management mechanisms available through the platform to help protect user accounts.
Accounts are created with an email address and a password, and sign-in is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Passwords are stored as salted hashes by our authentication provider and are never visible to us. Users can sign out of a session at any time from their account page.
Data protection
Customer information is handled according to the Digittuppe Privacy Policy.
We work to protect information handled through the service using appropriate technical and organizational safeguards. Application data is stored in a managed database operated by our infrastructure provider, and access to production systems is limited to the people who need it to operate the service.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Digittuppe LLC does not receive or store full card numbers.

If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability affecting Digittuppe, please contact our team through support@digittuppe.com.
Please provide enough information for our team to understand and investigate the issue, and allow a reasonable window for us to respond before publishing details.
